Terms and Conditions of booking.

The following terms and conditions represent the basis upon which intensive driving courses are offered to you by Driving Courses, Proprietor Waldo (2008) Ltd, incorporating Bennetts School Of Motoring, 9 Sale Street, Littleborough, OL15 9BB, Registration Number 06578087. Please note the contract for service is between yourself and the local D/C instructor. Each D/C instructor operates his or her own business on a self employed basis. The Driving Course Booking Office is a separate entity which has been authorised to act as a booking agent for D/C Instructors. Please note that all major driving schools in the UK (e.g. BSM and The AA) operate in this way with self-employed instructors. When making a booking we require a minimum deposit of £108.50, this will gaurantee the course date. If you have reserved a course by credit or debit card we will debit £50 should you fail to give us 30 days notice of cancellation. In the case of a short notice booking (i.e. booked inside the 30 day notice period), for either a cencellation or a failure to attend, £50 will be debited from your credit/debit card. All deposits paid at the time of booking are non refundable. Due to driving test availability and any circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to adjust your test date, in this situation all contracted course hours would be adhered too. By making a booking you agree that we book your test and hotel fees from your your credit/debit card. Due to the data protection act we cannot discus personnel or course details with anyone except the customer.
